Terms of Use

Vocce Tutor · Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms apply to the Vocce Tutor app and service, operated by Saadia Publication Inc., Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. The service

Vocce Tutor is an AI voice teacher. You speak with it to practise a language; it corrects you, remembers your mistakes, drills them, gives homework and grades your week. The teacher is an AI: it can misunderstand you or make mistakes, and it is not a certified teacher, examiner or interpreter. Do not rely on it for official exams, legal, medical or other professional matters.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Vocce Tutor, and an adult to use Raw mode. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account, and one lesson at a time.

3. Plans, minutes and billing

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, generate harmful content, try to get around minute limits, share your account, automate or resell lessons, or attack or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Raw mode

Raw mode teaches slang and swearing as natives use them. It is off by default and is for adults who choose it. The teacher may swear; it is instructed never to insult you personally. If something it says is inappropriate, report it to support@vocce.app.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you say. You allow us to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and availability

We improve the app over time and may change features, languages or the AI providers we use. We try to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. If we change these terms significantly, we will tell you in the app.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Saadia Publication Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may close accounts that break these terms; if we close yours without a breach on your part, we will tell you how to cancel your subscription.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there.
